Shipping & Return

Shipping: All products are made-to-order, so please allow 2–3 business days for production, plus 2–8 business days for delivery within the U.S. (free shipping). International orders ship for $14.99 and may take up to 30 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Returns: Because every item is custom-made, we don't accept returns for personal preference or incorrect information provided at checkout. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery contact@shopbondarly.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Common questions

Will it actually look like my dog?

Each Bondarly design is hand-drawn by an artist based on the photo and details you provide. Our goal is to capture the key features and personality that make your dog unique — such as fur color, markings, ear shape, and overall expression.

Because our illustrations follow a consistent Bondarly art style, the design will be a stylized interpretation rather than an exact photo replica.

To help our artists create the best result, we recommend uploading a clear photo of your dog facing the camera in good lighting. See our photo upload guidelines and custom design policy.

If you prefer a design you can preview before ordering, you may also browse our existing designs in the National Park Series, Outdoor Adventure Series, and World Travel Series. Many customers find a design that closely resembles their dog.

Can I see a preview before I buy?

Custom designs are drawn after your order is placed, so a preview isn't available upfront. If you'd prefer to see how it looks first, browse our existing designs — many customers find one that closely matches their dog, with a live preview.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We'll work with you to make it right. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full replacement or refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. See our return and refund policy.

How long does it take?

All Bondarly products are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 business days. After production, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days in the U.S. and 2–30 business days internationally, depending on location. Please see our shipping policy.

What destinations can I choose?

Choose from our library of National Parks, Outdoor Adventures, and World Travel destinations — all included in the $50 fee. Don't see your destination? We'll draw it custom for +$10 per new destination.

Can I order more products later with the same design?

Yes! Your design is saved with your order, so you won’t need to pay the design fee again to purchase additional products with the same artwork. As a thank-you for being a custom design customer, we also offer 25% off products ordered later using your design.

Many customers choose to order multiple keepsakes at the same time — for example a sweatshirt for themselves and a mug or tote bag for everyday use — since the design can be applied to different items.

If you’d like to order more products later, simply contact us with your original order number, and we’ll help you place the new order.
