Photo Upload Guidelines

To help us create the best illustration of your dog, please follow these tips when uploading your photo:

1. Choose a clear, well-lit photo

Photos taken in natural light work best. Make sure your dog is clearly visible and not blurry.

2. Show your dog’s face and body

We need to see both the face and body to capture your dog’s unique features.

3. Standing photos work best

Our illustrations feature dogs in a standing position, so photos taken in that pose help us create the most accurate design.

4. Avoid action shots

Photos where your dog is running, jumping, or in motion can make it harder to capture details.

5. Show important details

If there are unique markings, fur patterns, or features you want included, make sure they are clearly visible in the photo.

6. Accessories won’t be illustrated

Collars, harnesses, leashes, and clothing will not be included in the final illustration.

7. No standing photo? No problem!

If you don’t have a standing photo, we’ll still create a beautiful design based on your upload and our breed references.

 

Custom Design Policy

1. Photo Ownership & Usage Consent

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. You grant Bondarly permission to use the uploaded photo and the resulting artwork for marketing and promotional purposes, including our website, social media, advertising, and portfolio.

2. Artistic Interpretation Disclaimer

Our illustrations are artist interpretations of your dog based on the photo provided. While we strive to capture your dog’s unique features, the final artwork may not be an exact photographic replica.

If a destination is described rather than specified, Bondarly will select a landmark or scene that best represents the location. Designs are artistic interpretations and may vary from customer expectations.

3. Photo Quality Responsibility

Customers are responsible for uploading a clear, well-lit photo that shows the dog’s face and body. If the uploaded photo does not clearly show certain details, our artists will interpret those features based on the available image and breed characteristics.

4. Accessories & Non-Illustrated Items

Collars, harnesses, leashes, clothing, and other accessories will not be included in the illustration.

5. Custom Design Policy (Refunds & Changes)

Because each design is custom-created, design fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Requests that require a complete redesign may incur an additional fee. Please refer to our complete return and refund policy.
