Because our products are made-to-order and personalized through our production partners, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please review the details below before placing an order.

🐾 Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are custom-made based on your selected design and personalization details.

Because of this:

  • Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to personal preference, sizing, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • We are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or damages due to misuse or improper care.

Please review your customization carefully before completing your purchase.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if, upon delivery, your item arrives:

  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Once your claim is approved:

Replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost to you.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier first.
