All of our products are made-to-order and personalized just for you, so it takes a little extra time to prepare your order. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
🐾 Order Processing Time
Most orders are produced within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
This includes:
- Reviewing your personalization details
- Preparing your custom design
- Printing and quality checking your item
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
📦 Shipping Time
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via our trusted shipping partners.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 2-8 business days
- Canada, Australia, & Europe: 2-30 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, as we work with different production and shipping partners to create each product.

- United States: free
- Canada, Australia, & Europe: $14.99 USD flat rate
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
📍 Order Tracking
You will receive one shipping notification email when the first item in your order ships. This email includes a tracking link so you can follow the shipment’s progress. If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam folder first. You can also track that shipment anytime through your order status page. Please allow a short time for tracking to update after the carrier’s initial scan.
Because each Bondarly piece is custom-made and may be produced at different partner studios, orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
We send one shipping notification when the first package leaves production. If you ordered multiple items, the remaining pieces may still be in production and will arrive shortly — even if you do not receive additional shipping emails.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations.
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Duties
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping information
- Peak holiday seasons

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply.
